BIM Modeling & Geometric Preparation:
Ribhus provides CAD-to-BIM conversion, 3D parametric modeling (ArchiCAD, Revit), and IFC 4.3 export services. We construct geometric models derived directly from client-supplied drawings and documentation.
Energy Calculation Boundary:
We do not issue official state-certified energy certificates, thermal insulation sign-offs, or structural calculations under our own seal. Official energy certification, building permit submissions, and legal sign-offs remain strictly with the appointing licensed energy consultant, architect, or structural engineer.
