1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using THE RIBHUS AUTOMATION desktop application, web services, or APIs provided by Ribhus Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our software.
2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Reverse Engineering
The software, proprietary coordinate placement algorithms, vision OCR routines, and Archicad automation scripts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ribhus Studio. Modellers and licensed clients agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of our binary distribution packages.
3. CAD Drawings & Client Ownership
All architectural drawings, PLN project models, DWG layouts, and IFC models processed through THE RIBHUS AUTOMATION remain the exclusive 100% proprietary property of the respective client or architectural firm. We claim no ownership over user-uploaded content.
4. Cloud Vault Governance
Users must authenticate via Google Identity. Work generated within personal sandboxes (USERS/) is subject to Chief Architect verification before integration into the master production environment (MAIN/). Misuse of storage or unauthorized access attempts will result in account revocation.
5. Limitation of Liability
While THE RIBHUS AUTOMATION is engineered with automated pre-flight testing and precision coordinate tracking, users are responsible for final architectural review and local building code compliance prior to structural submission.
